Terminals & Transitions

The end treatment at the start and beginning of safety barrier systems is called terminals. In instances where the terminal is facing oncoming traffic it creates a particularly high risk hazard. In these cases the terminal must be of P4 standard and must remain at full height. Transitioning is a seamless arrangement for most of the systems available at MOTORWAYCARE. In the case of transitioning from higher to lower containment systems or vica-versa, we take every care that these arrangements allow for a gradual and unobtrusive introduction of the new containment level.
